Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Kyva mobile application (the "Service") operated by Digital Codex Labs ("us," "we," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts

To use the Service, you must register for an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

3. Description of Service

Kyva provides users with access to a digital library of ancient spiritual texts and an AI-powered chat feature to help understand these texts. The Service is provided "AS IS" and is subject to change or termination without notice.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service:

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that engage in prohibited conduct.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding the ancient texts themselves), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Digital Codex Labs. The texts provided are ancient works in the public domain, but our presentation, organization, and commentary are our property.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Digital Codex Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
